Force myself to wake up early in the morning as to prepare for this event - 1Student 1Sport 1Malaysia Run. According to bernama, this event was launched simultaneously nationwide last Saturday, the run registered a participation of 4.1 million students from 9,980 schools for a place in the Malaysia Book of Records (MBR) under the category of the largest participation of school students in a run. I am quite happy to be covering this event after not shooting for quite some time.

The manhattan fish market : Seafood platter for 2

This set is definitely one of the best set in Manhattan Fish Market as far as i know. Went to eat this with my fren and we cant even finish this set. Mind you we are both guys and i have a huge appetite. Went to this branch at the curve around 6 plus and there were only a few people maybe cause it was on a weekdays. The garlic rice is jz right to my liking and i do really enjoy eating the rice alone without any dish. Hahaha... Well, enough of typing.. enjoy the pics:D

Helo people, is me again with food post. Very obvious in my blog title as above.
Just a quick one as i have to continue with my study for finals ya. Not going to write much as usual. Before i forget, I would like to wish every one a very nice Dumpling Festival!

Ping Pong Madness

Oh well, after whole week of class... Friday is the day which i look forward the most. Why? Cause i onli have one lecture tat day and the rest of the day is ping-pong... haha... how awesome is tat.
So this post is abt the training session 2days ago.

Brought my cam to Uni tat day and jz shoot at random stuff and was too bored while waiting for my turn to play.... So i decided to snap snap snap

"Muscle" - Thanks to my awesome pro fren Ian for this awesome picture!

One thing i realise is not easy to snap ping pong action in total still with my kit lens and a part because of the low lighting and super fast action. I have to boost my ISO to high and with the help of high shutter and flash for this pic to turn out.

Picture speaks a thousand words - It shows Ian determination and strength in his game, he really improved over a period of less den 2 years when he firstly picked up ping pong. His sweat shows his effort when he plays. Oh well, this picture have a very strong feeling and i love it very much!

Went to visit my great-grandma on the 3rd day of CNY and it was nice seeing her again. Btw... she is 100 years old! Imba betul...

While my mum and aunt talked with my great-grandma... i went outside compound to shoot a couple of pictures with my cousin. These are the results.

Finally i have some spare time to update my blog. Snapped a lot of pictures today and these are some of the pictures choosen... there will be more to come.
Waking up early in the morning is really not fun but for the sake of photos... i force myself to wake up and go to this event.

Today i have see many different faces and team sprite and it was a gd day for me as well to relax from my hectic Uni life for something which i really love.

Upon reaching, i spotted this phenomena which the light rays goes tru the clouds and the scenery is jz too beautiful to resist to and i immediately take out my cam and start snapping

Helo helo to my blog again

Wow, it been like 2 weeks not updating my blog and i have lots of overdue post to blog now but too bad my apartment line is jz too slow for uploading pictures.

Uni life have started and I think everything going fine except tat i ady have 3assignments on hand. And some presentation... very fast rite? Luckily i have some time for my ping pong and photography.

The bad news for this week is I have classes on Saturday and Sunday! Boo......

During CNY, it is also one if the tradition to pray to our ancestors as a sign of respect and in remembrance of them. Took some pictures of my uncle praying to my late grandma and grandpa.

Sneak preview - SMKBM Cross Country 2010

Woke up early in the morning to follow my bro back to my secondary school. Knew they having cross country event/ merentas desa, so i decided to bring along my camera for some shooting. Shooting beside my little is fun and i think he learned quite a lot today handling sony alpha camera. I learned a lot too... is tat i wished i had 70-200mm f2.8L in my bag... tat should be jz perfect!

Shoot this one week ago at my housing area. One of the house owner saw me and asked me " are u shooting the birds?" lol... and he even say the birds have a flying pattern every morning and evening. My 1st time shooting in raw and raw + burst mode totally took up my camera buffer.

And i like this the most.... Me snapping with Canon 1D MarkIII with EF 17mm-40mm L lens and 580exII... hoho... imba equipment - this whole set cost up to 20k!!! Was shooting at event at KL 1 Utama anyway... The feeling of using it really cool + 'orgasmic' , i wish i own it thou:(

oh well, bday was yesterday and i got myself a present... lol... pricy thou but nevertheless best bday present for me i guess. Got to sleep early tonight cause need wake up early for event shooting tomorrow! Wat cam to bring? Mark3 or 450d? haha...

Snapped this picture minutes ago with my 450D with kit lens at 55mm. Cropped it a bit to make the moon bigger. I wished i have a telephoto lens! So far i did not see the red thingy claimed by National Geographic but i think i did see it 2days ago when i was snapping sunset. It was around 6something and i can see the moon too.

Oh well, Seremban town have quite a number of old shoplots. I like this picture particularly because it shows the contrast of modern(facelift) building and two abandon building. Shoot using a normal DSLR but converted to lomography feel photo using photoshop. Yea.. cheapskate method! If i have extra money... will get one Lomo cam! hoho....

Little Taiwan Cafe @ Seremban

Went to this newly open cafe at Seremban last 2 weeks with Wan yi. Cafe business at seremban is booming and this is one of the latest attraction to date. Was expecting more from this cafe but it seems there is so so much room for improvement.

Seremban & 550

Snapped this 2days back when i fetch my mum to town. Parking at Seremban town is totally craps as there is always insufficient parking lots avaliable. The ping pong gangs who came to seremban should know well... LOL
After a while, got my car parked and start snap pictures. Somehow i feel weird snapping picture in the middle of the day alone and get stares from people. I'm also worried that if someone suddenly snatch my camera? Could not focus much on snapping since there is so many things going in my mind. Need some frens to tag along so snapping is more fun perhaps.

I think the picture kinda sucky but still i'm posting here got get more comments from u guys.

Went to this Cafe that day at Mid Valley and this place is quite nice i shall say. This is my 1st time there as i normally walk by this busy little shop at mid valley connecting to Gardens. Camera battery went off after snapping around at that cafe and i didnt have chance to snap the food! Sorry people... or perhaps u should go there to try the food!

Last Day of 2009

Oh well, again another year is almost over and i think it was a roller coaster year for me with plenty of up and down. I love the challenge and hopefully i will be battling hard once again and hopefully i will do well in everything that i do!

Had a blast last night at Pn Choo Xmas Party and it was great meeting up with old frens once again! It was a great meet up and it always fun when Phang and Sangkaran around to crack with with all kinds of funny jokes. Haha! More photos this weekend.

Friday like usual and of course it is ping pong day...
Went to college around 12 and meet up with keh bin at foyer and head over to medan for brunch before ping pong so i wont be playing with empty stomach until 9pm!

Chat all along and talk many craps with him as usual... rested a while den head to ssd to see whos there but too bad not much people there... not until 3plus when more and more came over and joined the fun!

Around 5... more people came and munthif came up with a brilliant idea... he told me and kian to video the whole process.... pity troy the victim.. LOL

I was eating at my condo at 10th floor and suddenly i feel something is shaking... Upon realising... i can see the dining table is shaking and the water on the table is vibrating quite strong...
I can feel the whole building is shaking!!! Yea... is tat serious! I wanted to run out of the building but the tremors gradually reduce. I heard some noise coming from outside and people ady start running down! haha...

OH well.... All thanks to my tweetdeck and i be able to check current situation on time!! i mean ASAP!!!

Eventually i tot onli my condo is shaking and i tot it might fall!!! haha... Oh well... tweeter tweeter...

Simply Nyonya Cafe Taipan USJ

I wanted to blog this 2days ago but was busy with my course work. A long promise post since last week u guys requested for it.
Nowadays many people fall sick and there was no exception for me even i had plenty of water intake daily and of course fruits. Blame myself for over doing myself the whole week with sleeping time at around 2am and waking up around 7am..
Monday- Gym Twice
Tuesday- Forgot.. LOL
Wednesday- Gym at night and mamak
Problem arises on Wednesday when i literally Gym with my lung and throat(munthif commented this on Keh Bin Chatbox...)
I joked in gym and laugh too much + a very brilliant sauna and immediate bath
After working myself out at gym den was mamak session and me ordered Nasi Lemak... Gone case for sure... Slept at around 1something... Oh well...
Thursday was a long day with replacement class at 830am. Woke up around 7am... and with sore throat which come so sudden tat i lost my voice...
Did something sily again cause i ordered Pan Mee as my breakfast with i not suppose to order cause ikan bilis in the soup will cause coughing...
Lecture hall was very cold tat day due to the morning rain and Tutorial class was cold like fridge... Slowly... my mild fever develop...
Afternoon, accompany Keh Bin to buy his new phone to summit and Air Cond again... Dont get me wrong Keh Bin... I'm not blaming u ya:)
So evening the fever thingy and sore throat turning worst!!!
Thanks to my loving GF for taking care of me even ur also sick... A huge thank you once again
And thanks to my Buddy Jonson for fetching me to see doctor... Thank You!

I wonder u guys heard of this type of photography technique? I read about it at a magazine quite long ago and decided to have it a try yesterday in my room with the lights off. Is kinda of fun but require a lot of try an error before u will be getting better results.

Camera Model - Canon IXUS 980IS
F-stop - f8
Shutter Speed - 15 Seconds
ISO - 80

I still new to this and think is kinda of fun doing it... The picture shows 'Jeffery' jz in case u cant get it.

Technique is putting the shutter to longer exposure and use a flash light or any light source (in this case i using my handphone flash) and when the camera start shooting. All u need to do is use the flash light and draw/write wat u wan... Anything will do... shape or anything.

In case u dono wat i saying here, jz google "Flashlight Photography" to understand the technique more.

OK. Here we are. I have decided that i should blog about my full gym session before my food post about Nyonya Food at Taipan USJ.

Well, late gym is kinda of fun because right after gym den is mamak session. Super duper fun cause is all about the food!!! haha... Oh ya... went to SS2 yesterday and it was OMG... food paradise... lol... maybe cant compare to Melaka or the famous Penang but it was good enough foe me because I'm away at my Condo at KL and without car!!

Next time who got go out yam cha plsssss PLEASE come fetch me out eat ya... hehe... Or else i will starve till death... LOL

Well, sometimes things jz happen without any signal or warning.

Lost and Found

Yesterday as usual, took the college shutter bus to college but miss the 10'oclock bus when i came out from the lift and walking toward the bus. Run/walk in fast pace earlier but still the bus is gone. Luckily there is another bus after 10 so i waited patiently for another 15muntues before the bus decide to leave my condo. Felt happy cause I'm the ONE-AND-ONLY in the bus.

On the way there, the bus supervisor(old woman) keep telling me this and that. I tried to ignore her and continuing eating my bread as my breakfast. That supervisor keep say student must be be careful cause there are some cases involving student left their belongings in the bus and blamed the bus drivers as the thieve. Oh well....

Once i reach college... the moment i step down the bus... I touch my pocket...AND And realise my wallet is not with me!!! I quickly check my bag but no sign of wallet and i proceed to stop the leaving bus!! The bus stopped and i went up to check did i left it there... but still non... the bus left.

I spent the next 2minutes thinking wat to do. Where is my wallet....

I tried to take the cab back and told the texi driver tat i will pay him back next time.
I tell u... Sunway cab drivers are PURE Blood SUCKER!!! That driver charge me RM15 from my college to my condo... WTH!!

WTF!!! using meter will onli cost abt RM4... note the diffrent with RM15... no way!
Call a few fren thinking they can fetch me back to my condo. I called the guard house at my condo to check anyone found a wallet. Answer is no!

In the end, Kaa Seng came to fetch me back to my condo to check wheather i left it at my house. Anyway, thank for the ride ya...
Reached my condo, run to guard house and ask the guard for missing wallet... they say dont have and went back to my unit and check. Search my unit high and low... Non sign of my wallet...
Sigh, took and bank book and decided to go make police report and i informe my dad abt it.
Took the lift back down and the guard is at the lift area. He looked at me... i look at him...
Somehow there is a feeling tat he is trying to tell me something...

Me: "ada jumpa? dompet."
guard: "ADA"

i was like going cookoo!! so so freaking excited... walk to the guard house and he gave me my wallet... OMG... THANK god!!!

Conculsion: Do NOT put important stuff into loose or sucky pocket!

A lesson to me,
A roller coster day,
Thank god i found it,
Belive in Miracle,
and DONT be a careless person.

Short Post ; Gym session

1st time went for late gym session with my gd buddy jz now... lol
We reach there around 9something and did until 11something before heading for some mamak session because we were hungry after weight-lifting.. treadmill...etc.
Saw the California Consultant doing his work out there and is kinda of funny... not because he carries heavy weight but the opposite meaning... and he was like struggling. LOL...
Kononnya DOUBLE MUSCLE claimed by the gym consultant... haha
oh ya... saw some leng luis there also... u guys wan see the photo?

Sounds exactly like Air Longkang in Bahasa Malaysia

which mean Drainage Water in simple English.

And worst still... how can Drainage Water cost RM4 which is full with bacteria and etc... OMG... this restaurant is running out of water to serve to its customers...

Curious abt it??? Anyone can give a guess which restaurant is this?? or maybe i simply fake it...

The façade designed by Maderno, is 114.69 metres (376.3 ft) wide and 45.55 metres (149.4 ft) high and is built of travertine stone, with a giant order of Corinthian columns and a central pediment rising in front of a tall attic surmounted by statues of Christ, John the Baptist, and eleven of the apostles. The façade is often cited as the least satisfactory part of the design of St. Peter's. The reasons for this, according to James Lees-Milne, are that it was not given enough consideration by the Pope and committee because of the desire to get the building completed quickly, coupled with the fact that Maderno was hesitant to deviate from the pattern set by Michelangelo at the other end of the building. Lees-Milne describes the problems of the façade as being too broad for its height, too cramped in its details and too heavy in the attic storey. The breadth is caused by modifying the plan to have towers on either side. These towers were never executed above the line of the facade because it was discovered that the ground was not sufficiently stable to bear the weight. Helo guys, i'm finally back at blogger... currently back at my hometown and since i have nothing to do so i decided to update my blog...

A new skyline... ops... not the Nissan GTR r35 skyline...

yea... Brand new Honda City... But not mine... saw it at taipan and i'm pretty amazed by the modification to it... Honda should really learn from this owner and produce something like this... or even better... haha

Madness Jam at Summit USJ 1

Almost everyday i have to go tru the most horrible jam in the whole Malaysia i suppose and believe me... is not nice feeling!!! It have been quite some time now... so maybe slowly i get used to it... Luckily most of my class is kinda of late so i can avoid the jam but if during evening when i return back around 430... the jam start to pick up and is super super madness!

normally i would jz sit back and look at the traffic condition... luckily i'm not driving or else i will get heart attack everytime i drive... ahaha...

Normally a clear road would take 10minutes or less to reach but if it is jam.... den can be up till one freaking hour!!! trust me... i'm not joking over here!!! 1hour!!! i can reach back seremban less den 1hour... haha

Short update abt my university life

Wanted to upload more picture to make this post lengthy but failed because of the slow slow snail TMNET streamyx line for being stupid at nights.

Well, university was okay today except for some jams at Summit USJ 1 which is infamous for it jam and some say is the 'traffic-death-zone'. I have napped some pictures of the condition of the jam and will be uploading tomorrow if the line is stable.

Quite happy cause i managed to get my ping pong bat at last after not having it for the pass 2 weeks!!! I'm going to change the rubber of my bat tomorrow for competition use on saturday and sunday... hehe... wat rubber to change???

Well,
yesterday class was starting with Introduction to Marketing Class
everything is normal... same coursemate... jz different lectures
Played some ping pong during the morning with kean's ping pong bat
and went to gym during afternoon...
one thing is... after i bath at gym... i started sweating when i leave pyramid.
so bath = no bath... lol

Hope tat my ping pong bat will return to me tomorrow...
lets pray... or else i surely will suck up my competition this weekend. haha

Jz back from watching this movie...
I wanted to watch this since thursday and finally i managed to watched it...
i dont really like this movie compared to the previous movies of Harry Potter.
The ending of this movie and kinda of disappointing.
Anyhow, this movie bring some suspense and horror and some laughter.
i shall rate this 5/10.
